The unique, clog resistant, concave top water intake of the Patriot Turtle Pump delivers three key benefits to conscientious pond keepers. Unlike typical bottom fed pond pumps with limited water intake, the top water intake of the Patriot Turtle Pump provides plenty of “off the bottom” surface area for water intake. More surface area means more, unobstructed water flow. Second, any debris that settles on top of the pump is easily cleared with the sweep of a broom or brush.
